Search around during your visit for items for the scavenger hunt. If you would like to play, pick up a list of items at the office. There is an adult hunt and a children’s hunt ( up to 10 years of age). There are prizes for all ages.

Adult - Two free movie rentals 

Children - 1st place - 3 free movie rentals - 2nd place - 2 free movie rentals - 3rd place - 1 free movie rental

Hunt ends on Thursday at 9:30am.  Sorry only one hunt per unit.  Must choose Adult or Child hunt.

 

Sunday

All Day - Start your Word Puzzle - Clubhouse
Check in the front of your unit book for your word puzzle quotes of the week.  Drawing from correct guesses will be drawn on Wednesday at 10am.  Winners get a free movie rental.

3:00pm - Kids Board Games Party - Clubhouse Game Room
Come grab a board game and see who is the champion.

4:00pm - Teens Meet and Greet - Clubhouse Game Room
 Hang out with fellow teens staying at the resort for the week.  Maybe a tranger will be a friend in the end.

6:30pm - Movie "Wilderness & Spirit" - Clubhouse TV Lounge
This film explores ways of thinking about the wilderness and how people from many walks of life, past to the present, have found spiritual solace and strength in the mountain called Katahdin.

Monday

All Day - Cookie Contest
Bake your favorite kind of cookie and bring two down to the front office for the official judging on Tuesday morning at 10 am.  Will be judged on flavor and appearance.  Winners get a free movie rental.

9:00-10:00am - Coffee & Donuts - Clubhouse
 Come meet your new neighbors for the week. This is a time when you can come ask any questions you may have about the area or resort.

7:00-8:00pm - Wine and Cheese - Clubhouse
Come and enjoy a glass of wine with some cheese and crackers.  This will also be a time to ask questions if any about the area or resort. 21 and older only.

Tuesday

1:00-3:00pm - Kids Movie - Activity Room Under Building 2
Join us as we watch G rated children's movie.  While watching the movie enjoy a nice bowl of popcorn with some juice.  $2.00

3:00-5:00pm - Scenic Hike - Meet at the Clubhouse
 Enjoy a nice little hike in the outdoors.  See what nature has to offer.  Bring your camera, the view will be spectacular.

5:00-6:00pm - Basketball Tourney - Basketball Court by Building 5
Come and play a friendly game of "horse" but only in Northern Maine we spell out "moose".  Winner gets a free movie rental.

7:00-9:00pm - Campfire with S'mores - Fire Pit by Building 7
Enjoy a nice relaxing night around a fire and have a couple of  s'mores.  This is a good time to talk with new people and share some old campfire stories.

Wednesday

10:00am - Word Puzzle Phrase Drawing - Clubhouse
Turn in your word puzzle.  Winners get a free movie rental.

2:00pm - If You Give a Moose a Muffin - Activity Room under Building 2
Ever wonder what would happen if you give a moose a muffin?  Come see what happens in this delightful story.

2:00-3:00pm - Ice Cream Social - Activity Room under Building 2
I scream you scream we all scream for Ice Cream.  Come and create your own ice cream sundae with all the fixings.  $3.00

3:00-5:00pm - Kids Crafts - Activity Room under Building 2
Make one craft or several!  Choose from sun catchers, frisbees, hacky-sacks, bracelets, money pouches and mini skateboards!  Each craft is $2.00.

Thursday

9:00am-12:00pm - Intro to One Stroke Painting - Activity Room under Building 2 - Sign up by 3:00pm on Tuesday
Learn how to load brushes, highlight and bring home a finished project.  $20.00

10:00am - Scavenger Hunt Tally - Clubhouse
Who has found the most items? Bring in all the items you’ve found and we’ll see who wins!

1:00pm - Quilting - Public Laundry Room - Sign up by 3:00pm Thursday
Sign up at the Office for a basic old-fashioned quilting class.  Come away with your own quilted hot pad.  $2.00

2:00pm - Horseshoes - Horseshoe Pit by building 4
Play a friendly game of horseshoes.  Grab the horseshoes at the office and grab your neighbors.

6:00-7:30pm - Rock Band - Clubhouse TV Lounge
Come and test your skills playing your favorite instrument with the Rock Band Game.  Bring your own 3 person band or go solo!

Friday

2:00pm - Game Day - Clubhouse
Just want a relaxing day of games?  Come to the clubhouse to play board games, cards, cribbage or ping pong with your family or even a new neighbor.

5:30pm - "Hope To See Ya Next Year" - Pot Luck Dinner - Clubhouse Game Room
Don't throw away your left-overs, bring them down to the game room and share with your new friends.  We will supply the plates, napkins and silverware, you supply the rest!

Massages -

Kathy Baker, Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician is available on Sunday and Tuesday mornings, for half hour or one hour massages or facials.  Appointments must be made in advance at the front desk.
