Each year, some of our owners here are unable to use their weeks so they place them in our rental program. 

Our 2007 rental rates are $115 per night or $690 per week plus 7% lodging tax.* 

There is a two night minimum.  For one night rentals, there is an extra cleaning fee.

Payment is due upon making reservation.

Rentals are based on availability.

Renter must be 21 years of age to rent and have a major credit card for a security deposit.

Guests staying here enjoy all the same amenities described in our amenities page.
